🏠 Our Cozy Corner of the World

Our home is in Minnetonka, just 20 minutes from the Minneapolis, the largest city in Minnesota. Our neighborhood is the perfect place to take long walks in nature, meet up with other neighborhood kids (we have 20 kids on our street!), or walk to the nearby cafe for Saturday morning coffee and a snack from the bakery. Our house is filled with laughter, the occasional (okay, frequent!) LEGO creations scattered about, and always has something delicious cooking in the kitchen (Jon loves to experiment!). You'll have your own peaceful space in a quiet corner of the house to retreat to after a day with the kids.

💝 What Makes Us, Us

We believe in curiosity, kindness, and learning together as a family. Our days are a beautiful mix of morning piano practice (yes, all three kids are learning!), afternoon playground adventures, bedtime stories in multiple languages, and lots of creative projects. We love exploring museums, trying new recipes, building epic LEGO cities, and having impromptu dance parties in the kitchen. We can't wait to share these experiences with you while learning about your culture and traditions too!

How You'll Help Our Family Thrive

Provide Loving Childcare

  • Be a caring presence during your time with the kids
  • Help with those busy morning rushes and naptime routines
  • Spark creativity and imagination through music, reading books, or doing arts and crafts
  • Take the kids on fun outings such as a walk to the nearby park, a visit to the library, or a trip to the zoo
  • Keep our little ones safe while they explore and play

Have Adventures

  • Take the kids on nature walks to discover bugs, flowers, and interesting rocks
  • Encourage outdoor play and exploration in our backyard or neighborhood
  • Visit the local library for story time and help them pick out new books
  • Head to different parks so they can try new playgrounds and meet other kids
  • Go swimming at the local pool

Keep Our Nest Tidy

  • Help kids learn to put away their toys and clothes after playing
  • Prepare yummy, healthy meals the children will actually eat!
  • Do the kids' laundry and keep their rooms organized
  • Teach kids age-appropriate chores so they can help too
  • Tidy up play areas and common spaces throughout the day

Share Your Culture

  • Teach us words in your language (we love learning!)
  • Share stories, foods, and traditions from your homeland
  • Become part of our family traditions while creating new ones together
  • Teach the kids games you played growing up
  • Be the amazing role model who shows our kids how wonderful the world is
